I've had this for one month, and it takes several cycles to dry anything. Every single time. A load of everyday clothes takes 3-4 cycles to dry, unless it's on full heat, which I don't want it on full heat. I wish I had picked a different model or brand. I wasted my money and now I'm stuck with it. Whirlpool, do you have an answer for me?

3 months of moderate use: working fine. Very reliable. Door opening at bottom is a bit plus: easier to load, and no dropping on the floor. Huge capacity.

I bought dryer form Home Depot had to wait two weeks for it because out of stock
when dryer was first powered up, it was very loud. A repair tech had to replace the rollers. Two weeks later the dryer did not have any heat. A repair tech had to replace a broken ignitor and a bad flame sensor

My previous dryer was only 8 years old...if was also high efficiency. There is no comparison with this new dryer. Incredibly fast drying cycles. I like that I can pause , if needed...also it has so many cycle variables...that it is easy to find the correct type for the current load. I'm very happy with this dryer.

We replaced a 15-year old Whirlpool Dryer that was still in good working order. It took a brief time to get used to the new settings, but once done, I absolutely love the way it works. I love the digital read out so I know, instantly how much time is left, the control pad, like the companion washer, is easy to use. Love doing the laundry these days!

At first I was not happy with the performance of this unit, I was replacing a over 30 year old Whirlpool dryer. The suggested dryer programs didn't really work for me. But after using my common sense, I am pleased with how it is drying and in a reasonable time.

I had a Whirlpool Cabrio gas dryer and replaced with this model. Dealer said my Cabrio was 7.0 and this model was 7.4. My loads seem to take longer, so I'm disappointed.

We got this dryer about 2 weeks ago after moving into our new house, WOW ! The washer and dryer that we had in the house we were previously renting was a combo, and sooo small and old. I really never knew how much better life could be with a decent washer and dryer. And this dryer is super efficient, most items are dry with only using the casual 35-40 min setting.

I have this dryer for a month and I love it. Large capacity and , many different load options. The only thing I dont like about this dryer is that the end cycle alert only alerts once then the dryer stops running. My prior dryer sent 3 alerts before the dryer stopped.

Have had this for a couple of weeks. Appears to work well but do not let Whirlpool tell you that it vents 4 ways. I needed mine to vent out the side. Nowhere does it tell you that you have to buy a $75 kit to convert it and hire an appliance repairman to install it. Not a DIY project or it will void your warranty. Whirlpool not the least bit apologetic for the fact that this information is not shown anywhere on the web site for this machine. Person in charge at customer service not knowledgeable about this issue or helpful in resolving it.
