ice machine has frozen solid numerous times. now is frozen to the point where we can no longer remove the ice bin. auto water pitcher no longer works. i would not recommend this refrigerator.

After having a Samsung refrigerator from 2005 till now never gave me any issues so I decided to buy another little did I know this one would be a nightmare I bought this refrigerator on 9-13-2017 worked okay till last October 2018 had to replace ice maker because it was freezing ice on top gues what still freezing ice on top I have to just check once a week and remove it but it got worst may 2019 my freezer is not freezing and the flex drawer not cooling refrigerator is cooling fine of course I'm out of warranty still called Samsung a tech was sent which I paid $100.0 for just diagnostic he tells me I have to replace parts all costing $750.00 I might as well put a few more dollars and buy a new refrigerator luckily I have a refrigerator in my basement till I can figure out what to do. I have read other reviews from other sites and their having same issue this is a nightmare.

There was a small blemish on the bottom of the left door where the finish began to come off. I called Samsung took a picture and emailed it. I never heard another word from them. It still bugs me. However, I'm too busy to chase them down. I had only had the refrigerator for about 60 days when I contacted them.

Beware of "Built-in Look"

Refrigerator looks great; however, be cautious of the built-in look. The hinges of this refrigerator require clearance to open. Because of this you'll either need approximately 1.5"-2" of open space on each side of the refrigerator. To combat this, you can pull the unit away from the wall further but now you're losing the sleek look of a counter depth fridge. Incredibly disappointed of the look so buyer beware!

Great look in our kitchen. Cools nice with lots of space. I would have given it a five star rating but the ice maker is terrible. Been in service a day and has made 3 cubes of ice. Unacceptable in this area of performance for the price.

The fridge looks great. The water pitcher that fills automatically is an excellent feature. The flex zone middle drawer is more convenient than I expected. The only issue I have with the fridge concerns the height of the shelves. You cannot put a carton of milk or orange juice upright in the fridge except on the door.

The refrigerator looks good but does not hold the same amount as my 18-year-old refrigerator; ice machine is half the size and smaller cubes also. I am vegetarian and so this the most dismaying element of the refrigerator it hardly holds any vegetables beyond 2 heads of romaine and a box of spinach and if you have more vegetables than that, you will just have to store them on the shelves. Not sure, why it has makes tea, either so I wish I had looked that over since I do not drink tea so useless to me and takes up limited space. In addition, it is pretty loud and especially when making ice cubes. It looks great and that is about the only thing it has going for it, hopefully it will grow on me. :(

Very quiet, very sleek, fits is kitchen very well. Yes, you have to understand it is a smaller size as well as the ice maker. We've yet to exhaust the ice maker in a day. The only weird thing is the water pitcher. How do you keep it from leaking during the automatic fill process? My solution so far is to fill the pitcher up at our drinking water spout at the sink and then place back in the fridge. No mess that way so far.
